Can I add items from any website?
Yes. Unlike retailer-specific registries that lock you into one catalog, Wishful lets you paste URLs from Amazon, Target, Apple, Etsy, or any boutique online shop.
How do 48-hour soft holds work?
When a guest clicks 'Hold Item', the item is temporarily reserved for 48 hours with a live timer so other guests know someone is actively purchasing it. If they don't confirm the purchase, it automatically unlocks for other guests.
How does group gifting work?
For expensive items like consoles or furniture, you can toggle 'Group Gifting'. Friends can record a pledge toward the gift. Pledged totals are promises, not collected funds. Arrange payment separately.
Is Wishful completely free?
Creating and sharing a wishlist is free. Any purchases are made separately with the retailer.
